The original photo of the photo above was terrible. I am bad at setting proper light especially in dark environments. Then I made it black and white and it was better. I always use this way to 'solve' the problem of bad light in the photos. Later I find this filter made the photo look a little bit more arty.
When I planned to take a selfie, my phone dropped and this original photo was taken totally by accident. I have never seen my face in this way!! I really like this picture which shows the landscape on my face. It reminds me of desert, lake, reeds, and Chinese Myth Pingu Breaking the Sky.
(The middle one is more closed to the original one. Some people feel not comfortable with the middle one, so I also made a black and white one which emphasizes the shape and the lines. )
